Finally a shoe store that gives great service. Found the perfect pair of dress shoes for my injured foot. The staff were friendly and brought out different options to try. Definitely going back for excellent quality shoes.

Nice little store at University Plaza. The store itself isn't huge, and has a much smaller section for men's footwear than women's, but they have a little bit of everything. Customer service was great and I didn't feel pressured to buy something unlike most stores. They also have a little stand outside for some of their on sale" shoes so you don't even have to go in the store to see some of their products."

I've bought shoes from here in the past. They are very friendly and helpful, and were able to source a pair of hard-to-find shoes in a larger size for me, no questions asked. I go here when I need a pair of more formal shoes. Recommended!

nasty people can write nasty reviews. We always shop here because great selection and friendly staff. Shoes here aren't the cheapest around, but quality of their product lines is not bargain basement either.

Prices are a bit higher than I wanted to spend. However, they went the extra mile to make sure I had a pair of shoes that were comfortable. That's something you can't put a value on. Will definitely be back.

Not a big store, but with a surprisingly good selection (and they're happy to order products not in stock.) Always friendly, helpful and nice staff. Less in-person/browsing choices for men than women, no surprise...

Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. I purchased a pair of shoes there for my work, the lady who sold me the shoes guaranteed me that for any tears or rips, I would have a lifetime warranty of coverage. Not a month later, both shoes ripped in multiple places and I went to return them as promised. The owner was there and he told me that the reason they ripped were because of my toenails, and they do not offer a lifetime warranty, because no one offers a lifetime warranty of shoes or tires". After time was wasted of him blaming me for lying
