Terrible store. Awful place. Stock/inventory is poor. Staff are rude and unhelpful.I was looking for a few items and wandered the store till I found the men’s section. I was followed and questioned by the store undercover security who were very obnoxious and just generally not very friendly or what you would expect from a store of Hudson Bay. The security then assisted me after questioning why I was in the store and what I was looking for. When is say assist me this is an understatement as it was clear to see that with every second that passed and the undercover security persons assistnace they were becoming more and more obnoxious, impolite and belligerent towards me. They clearly thought I was not to be helped and should leave the store.Terrible terrible service to be so suspicious of customers.

The store in Oakville Place has been terrible recently. Awfully disorganized. You can find a summer dress and a coat on the same rack. The place looks like a thrift store.

After entering the store with my family and browsing through items a Caucasian male worker slowly approached around us and acted as if he was sorting through clothes and after me looking at him multiple times he decided to ask if I needed help with anything and then proceeded to watch me and my family as we walked of. After walking off another worker was staring at her walkie talkie as if she’d been warned about us and upon walking past her and approaching an escalator an even different coworker also Caucasian but female pretended as if she was greeting us and hung out in the area we were currently looking at clothing items. It was a horrible experience I do not recommend this place to anyone of African American decent. I am black and that was an extremely racist situation. I will never be attending this location again.

Store is very nice, newly renovated. Everything looks clean and tidy. Some customer reps are very nice some of them are not. They have very nice items and some times they have great deals. I like that now I can order something at the store to be delivered to my house.

Unfortunately, I've moved recently and the nearest Bay is 2 hours away. BUT, when I can, i'll visit. Most stuff I'm after is on a sale with prices you can't beat. Quality is usually very good as well. Lastly, service. Most times I've visited, the sales person is awesome. Often trying to help me get the best price possible. I'll be back for sure.

I was served by Valery Dec 10th, my review is a little late but I didn’t forget. She was amazing taking care of the dressing room and cash. As we know Christmas in retail can be tiring but she was always smiling and made sure that I wouldn’t loose out on the deals. Example bought Jewellery that was buy 1 get 1 free as I only had 1 originally. Also got 40% off on the rest of my purchase because I needed to buy an extra 10 dollars. Thanks for doing a great job and taking the time for all the customers who were there. You deserve a raise.

Angela was helping me look for shoes today and she was amazing. I described what I was looking for and she brought me several options. Staff is lovely, but often hamstrung by the antiquated POS equipment, and the sales and clearance signage is convoluted and inconsistent. Also, the store could use an update. The only thing modern about it is the product. The fixture and decor range from Late 70's to mid 90's. I have flashbacks of traumatic,13 y/o me being mortified during back-to-school shopping.
