The worst receptionist!!!!!!!!!!!the doctor told me I need a hormone test but she didn’t give me the reservation!!! Even I call for the clinic, she told me I shouldn’t have that test. And I said the doctor told me before. She said she will double-check with the doctor. BUT SHE DID’T do ANYTHING!!!!!When my family ask me why I didn’t do the test I realize she lie to me. I have a call to her, she asks me to pick up the reservation!!! THREE MONTHS WAS PAST!!!! And she said I have to finish my test before Apr 13! Because I have a follow-up appointment!!! NO ONE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE!!!!So bad receptionist!!! I will never go there again. She makes me very uncomfortable.When I‘m in the clinic she helps me get an appointment for an ultrasound, she asks me if can I go there on Monday, but refuse to tell me which Monday!!! When I ask her again, she said is my business. You need to change by yourself! SO RUDE  AS HER!!I’m so upside it makes my body very uncomfortable,and have bad influence.

Both doctor and receptionist, no respect for your time. Receptionist in particular very rude and inconsiderate.Doctor does not listen to you after you have been waiting for a year for this appointment.

I dont know why my previous review was deleted. At my first appointment, the OB didnt show up but this wasnt the worst problem. The receptionist here has no respect to the patients or pregnant women. As a mom having the first baby, i think having many questions is normal. I have only asked about one thing over the phone and she lost her temper. She completely ignored me, just shut me off and hung up while I was still calmly speaking to her. Since then, the clinic has been rejecting all my calls. Please please find other OB clinic for your happy and healthy pregnancy.

I am writing this review, hoping the owner and management can see this.The receptionist is very unprofessional (on a personal call in Cantonese, while my wife and I were standing infront of the desk for 3 mins).Very rude and unfriendly responses in a later on moment; with a question my wife had for her.As a husband, I do not appreciate the attitude and unprofessional responses this receptionist had given today to my wife. When she is seeking for help and answer with a OB and gynecology specialist.My wife and I had decided to switch to another clinic. After informing our family doctor in regard of this situation.I wish this review can be seen by the owner and management of this clinic. Have a chat with this receptionist, and hope she can understand she is dealing with people, patient, and client whom seek assistance or answer. A kind remind for this receptionist,No ones come into a clinic because they want to". Hope you can remember this and change your attitude toward people coming into this clinic."

this is the worst Specialist you can go to. There are no follow ups, there are no discipline, no plans, the doctor doesn't care about the patient, she doesn't care if you have a brain tumour, or if you are pregnant she just cares about herself and money. The receptionist is super rude., she literally told me the doctor is God and I should be happy to even get an appointment with her because other OBGs make you wait for over a year but her wait line is just couple of months. Now I know why. Because she's the worst. I'm not happy with my care I learned more from Google than from this doctor do not go to her do not visit this is Dr.! since she doesn't care about the patience I don't care to give her any good reviews because honestly there's nothing good about it.

I recently had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Arkuran. I cannot praise her enough. She and her staff were so professional and caring during their treatment. Dr. Arkuran made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I would like to thank her and her wonderful partner for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing gynaecological treatment. Thanks again for your care.

The receptionist is very rude. When I asked if I can see doctor sooner because I am experiencing some very serious side effects. She asked if I am having a cancer. I just bluntly told her that’s very rude to ask. She was trying to say only cancer patients can see dr on urgent basis, but aren’t there thousand ways to put it? I don’t see how a receptionist being this rude and uneducated.

Unpleasant experience . I was not allowed to enter the clinic until the receptionist call me. After waiting for more than an hour at the lobby of the building I met the doctor for 5 minutes only. The receptionist is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She ignored my question and said “I shouldn’t have let you choose the time” with her eyes rolling back when I need to book an USG appointment.
