My family and I have been buying with Land Rover for a couple years now, I’ve bought from multiple locations Thornhill, Vaughan and now recently Brampton and I can tell you Brampton is my go to now. Kevin will go the extra mile for you. He will sit down and listen to all your needs and fulfill them to the best of his abilities as well as he will provide you a good and reasonable price for your vehicle. I’ve called him so many times all around the clock and he will be there to help you the best he can and 100% of the times he has been able to resolve all of my issues without me needing to go to the dealership. If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation it would be Kevin and the drive to Brampton would be worth it. Good car needs good service, Kevin Xi is the salesman you’re looking for.

I’ve been to many dealerships, but this one takes the cake. Receptionists are occasionally disrespectful and don’t wait for you to finish a sentence. It isn’t always like this but this has happened a couple times. I called with a question today regarding parts and I was transferred mid sentence. This was after I had waited for parts to pickup 3 times. I wanted to see if parts was even open today, but unfortunately the selective hearing of the receptionist got the best of them.In terms of service, the beginning was pretty smooth. Very friendly, especially Terry. Overtime I started seeing how customers would be treated when they have questions or concerns regarding service that was done. I had several occasions where I was really disappointed with the service that was provided. I had it in for service one time for the headlight cover since it was popping out. I came to pickup the car when it was ready and not even 15 minutes of driving away from the Dealer it popped right back out. When I reached out to JLR I was disappointed with the response I had received from the service team. Bill is paid and headlight is still not fixed. To top that, while the vehicle was there overnight for the headlight securing, the spark plugs became faulty. Not saying they are obligated, but it would be nice if they made sure the vehicle was at-least starting before they called me in? The vehicle was serviced (B service) a few months back and I had an issue with the oil being dangerously low. I ended up doing the service myself and all has been smooth. Checked for leaks, no sign of leakage, not sure what kind of work they do there.I have had good service in the past, but not sure why it’s gone downhill. Hope everything gets better!

First time customer of Land Rover and probably last! One thing is for sure, definitely last with Land Rover Brampton where the service department has a total disregard for the company's own warranty policies.I experienced Vibration issues with my Range Rover very shortly after purchase. When i reached out to the dealership to express concern i was informed by Andrew that there is a problem with the tires and that they need to be replaced despite being told that the tires were brand new before i bought the car 2 months previous! I didn't expect resolution to be an issue as the Sales team had sold me some Tire Insurance at time of purchase to cover any issues. However, when i took that vehicle to the dealership for repair, they claimed that the insurance i was sold does not cover the issue.I have been misled by the dealership again and again! Firstly by being told the tires were brand new, which they were clearly not and then secondly on being sold insurance to cover such tire issues which they are now not honoring resulting in me having to personally pay $2500 dollars for 4 new tires on a new vehicle after 2 months!!Further to all this personal cost i was further distressed by the conduct and avoidance from Andrew and Jay (Service Manager) in my calls and communications following up on the repair. They avoided my calls and emails and when i finally did get through tot them they were nothing but rude and unhelpful!

Hello Mr. Manminder Singh,In response to your disingenuous comments regarding replacement of your gearshift module that was not covered under your extended warranty policy, please see photos taken of the center console removed from your vehicle and the corrosion damage to the gearshift module printed circuit board caused by liquid ingress (spillage) onto the unit. Based on our initial assessment and visual inspection of the center console, we discussed with you that the appropriate course of action would be disassembly and inspection to determine if outside influence such as liquid spills were the cause of the malfunction. After receiving your approval to proceed we removed the gearshift module and disassembled it to perform an inspection of the electrical components inside. As you can clearly see from the pictures attached that were immediately shared with you, there was significant corrosion on the printed circuit board that was caused by fluid seepage/ingress. Outside influences such as this are not a manufacturer's defect and therefore warranty coverage does not apply. We are sorry that you feel frustrated with the situation and wish you all the best.

Worst auto Service Centre and customer service ever experienced. They damaged our car while servicing and gave excuses and refused to take responsibility. NEVER NEVER SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE if you want to keep your vehicle safe. Still if you go, please make sure you examine each and every area of your car before delivery. They are not trust worthy. They don’t stand by their so-called reputation. Surprising to see such a worse customer service under a brand like Land Rover.Recently we moved our vehicle service to Brampton Land Rover from Metro West due to distance, which now we feel was one of the biggest mistakes we made.3 weeks back we had our service done from this dealership and accepted their complimentary cleaning offer. Couple of days later we realized that they have damaged the center console panel. We called and emailed to report the damage. The service manager initially refused to take responsibility so we had to reach their General Manager. We were asked to bring the car for inspection and further discussion. But unfortunately, we returned with frustration and bitter experience only. The service Manager Jay was very unprofessional and unreasonable. He refused to take responsibility of the damage, giving an excuse that we took 6 days to notice and notify the damage. We wanted to talk the GM, but to our surprise we were provided contradictory information. Initially we were told that the GM is in meeting and later on we were told he is unavailable as he is not well. We were just pulled all the way there to hear nothing can be done" and were given a central Land Rover customer service number to report. Such a harassment and wastage of time!!We haven’t ever experienced such unprofessionalism from any customer service representative/manager in our life.BTW
