Mark was the perfect balance between friendly, approachable, and professional. He was incredibly thorough and talked us through everything he was doing, not only providing us a list of all deficiencies no matter how slight, but also giving context as to how much of a priority fixing each one should be. The report he submitted to us was clear and detailed and provided pictures of everything included in the report. Extremely happy with this service!

Mark is AMAZING. My fiancee used him years ago when doing a pre-offer inspection and talked so highly of him. We recently used Mark in March of 2022 and were so impressed. Firstly he was able to fit us in on less than 24 hours notice, was so kind, professional, thorough, and most important knowledgeable. He helped us feel very confident in the house we are putting an offer in on, while also making us informed on things to be aware of and how to maintain/service parts of the house if we are to own it. Can't recommend Mark more! If we aren't successful in purchasing this house, we will use Mark for every home we place an offer on in the future. Best money we have spent, great peace of mind!
