Special thanks to Wendy who help us planned everything for our engagement and wedding. I thought engagement and wedding is very stressful but it turns out to be just walk in the park! My Candy is very happy and satisfied !

My husband and I wish we could rate WeDo more than just five stars. They truly deserve more! We are beyond grateful to our wedding planner, Wendy, her assistant, Julianna and the rest of the WeDo team for making our special day magical and memorable!I am pretty indecisive, but Wendy knew exactly what I wanted and was able to create a princess like ballroom for our wedding day! Wendy was not just a planner, but a counsellor who was always there when life throws us a curve and would ensure everything will work out fine.Wendy puts her clients before herself. Sometimes I would text Wendy a question before bed, worried that I will forget about the questions after I wake up and to my surprise, she would answer past midnight. She took care of us day and night. Wendy wasn’t feeling well on our Wedding day, but still made it out in time just to celebrate with us and to ensure everything went smoothly.We would highly recommend choosing WeDo to help plan for your special day without a doubt!

Hannah, Wendy and the rest of the WeDo team are the wedding Dream Team. We used them for our wedding in September 2021 and could not have been happier. They are professional, responsive, attentive to detail, and a fun team to work with.Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Hannah. She handled 100% of the communication and logistics with every vendor, created our timelines and schedules, and made herself available (even at midnight) whenever we had any concerns. She even helped us find rentals when one of our vendors cancelled last minute. Whenever there were decisions that needed to be made, she listened to what we wanted.On the day of our wedding, Hannah and Wendy made themselves available to us the whole day. We also had a unique venue that required a flip, to which their team did an amazing job with in the tight timeline. With them handling everything, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding and spend time with family and friends.

Definitely a five star wedding planning company in Vancouver. Best of best in town. We had a meeting with Kitty Tsai three months before our destination wedding in LA. My husband and I decided to hire her in two days after we met. This is by far the best decision we made in our life.Everybody said planning wedding is a nightmare and so frustrating. However, this was never a problem since we hired Kitty from Wedo. She planned everything for us from choosing venue, contacting vendors to selecting dinner menu and picking my wedding dress. I just trust them on everything. I am a huge Pokémon fan and they made a pokeball as my guest book within two weeks. They never stop surprising me for every little things.I skewed up so many times but Kitty helped me to fix them all. Her professionalism and attention to details and problem solving skill are fantastic. They worked late on the night before my wedding to make sure every guess’s name card looks perfect.The preparation time for my wedding was less than three months. But with the help of Kitty and wedo, I had my dream come true! Thank you Kitty, Wendy and all the people from back stage. I highly recommended them to everyone who wants to have a special and unforgettable wedding.

Due to covid, we had to spent 2 years to plan our wedding but at the same time we felt lucky to have Kitty along the way. Everything happened so naturally. Would highly recommend her. WeDo is definitely your go-to wedding and event planners team if you wish to have the most wonderful and perfect day in your life! My wedding was not only stunning, but also FLAWLESS! A million thanks to our superhero Wendy and the entire WeDo team, it wouldn’t have been the same without them.My husband and I decided to get married in late February and wanted to have our wedding in the beginning of June. Wendy was capable of accommodating our requests and went above and beyond in making sure that everything fulfilled our expectations and satisfactions. She’s extremely professional, detail-oriented, genuine, and diligent! All discussions and meetings with her before the wedding went really smooth and efficient, which significantly reduced our stress and made us felt absolutely worry-free.We had a full day wedding from morning to midnight, from tea ceremony to after-party, each section was carefully guided by Wendy and Hannah to ensure the flow of the wedding was aligned with our predetermined schedule. Before the wedding, our friends were telling us to mentally prepare for some snags on the day but I knew it wouldn’t happen just because we trusted Wendy and the team wholeheartedly and believed they will make our dream wedding come true. In fact, we were utterly impressed by and thrilled with how everything turned out so PERFECT and AMAZING! Me and my husband were able to fully enjoy the day without an ounce of stress. Not to mention the décor was truly exceeded our expectations. I was seriously screaming inside my heart and kept mentioning “This is exactly what I’ve been dreaming for!” They made our wedding so glamorous and one of a kind. All of our guests and families couldn’t stop complimenting on how beautiful the wedding was and what a fantastic time they had at our wedding.It rained for a few minutes during the ceremony, and within just a minute, the entire team got each and every one of us an umbrella. That was very thoughtful of them and we do really appreciate that they took care of our guests and families so well :’)We are really really grateful and lucky to have Wendy as our wedding planner and the WeDo team as a whole, we couldn’t have asked for more!

It seemed like it was impossible to plan a wedding this year but Kitty and the team made it happen!From the initial consultation to the wedding day, Kitty has been extremely professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. Even when we had a sudden change in venue due to unforeseen circumstances, Kitty was quick to secure another location which turned out to be even more amazing.We opted for the 'intimate wedding' package which was perfect for times like this. Kitty ensured that we were always kept in the loop and effectively handled all the communication with the venue. For the customized wedding package, she went through all the details and even recommended some things (such as having a harpist) that made the day even more exceptional.On the day of the wedding, we were astonished by how beautiful the place was transformed, including the floral decorations. All in all, our wedding was absolutely perfect and we could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We would not hesitate to recommend Kitty and the entire WeDo Weddings team to any couple looking to plan their special day. Highly recommended!

It has been a crazy year for wedding planning BUT regardless of the current situation, WeDo wedding was able to pull it off nicely!Throughout the past year, it has been super stressful for both of us with the constant postponement, venue, and budget planning. We have also been through countless months where we couldn’t plan anything just because of all the restrictions the government had on bigger events. However, Wendy (their senior planner) has been very helpful and always assured me that everything will work out smoothly. She’s very organized and experienced! As a newbie to the wedding world, she utilized her experience from the past and guided us through each and every step of the planning process.All in all, the result reflects all her hard work as the floral decorations and her coordination on the BIG DAY was way beyond our expectations. Wendy and her team really nailed it! They made our lavender themed wedding very personalized, meaningful and impactful that we will remember for a lifetime.If your looking for a detail oriented, thoughtful, and experienced wedding planner, I strongly recommend Wendy and her team! Kitty was our wedding planner and she did such a wonderful job planning everything for our wedding. We didn’t have to worry too much, basically she took care of everything. Vendors that she recommended were all very nice and professional. Her taste for flower and venue designs were on point. Good decision making skills too. We are lucky to have her as our planner and thanks to all the WeDo team members, who worked tirelessly for our wedding. Would recommend them to anyone or any couple who’s looking for a wedding planner!
