Amazing shop, great staff. Jess does a fab job tailoring balloons to your requirements. They have catered for every element of my daughters life from Christenings, birthdays, carnival queen to school discos. Highly recommend

I live locally,upon enquiring about balloons for a birthday party,lady was incredibly rude on telephone call.I travelled further afield and got much better service.Customer service here should be much better or lose local custom,it's that simple!

I asked them to do something special for me at very short notice at a time when they were very busy. They pulled out all the stops and the balloons were lovely. Can’t thank them enough, they were very helpful!! Would highly recomend using them.

Tried to order a balloon for my sons teacher but they slammed the phone down on me! Very rude and unprofessional, no explanation given. Went to another local business instead.As the reply from owner indicates - very rude and would not recommend!

The minion balloon I ordered seemed to of had some sort of stroke, this really distressed my son.
