The skewer portions are super small so I don’t recommend ordering them because they’re expensive. Otherwise the food was good, I recommend 水煮鱼。Also the service here was not good because the staff was in the back most of the time, I didn’t bother to call them and just refilled water. They can’t split the bill so keep that in mind.

I purchased this skewer combo for two on Fantuan Reviews App and enjoyed this spicy feast the other day in Burnaby. This combo includes 4 appetizers, 28 assorted skewers, 2 bowls of rice and 2 Cokes. The price is $39.8 before tax and tips.All appetizers were very tasty and satisfying, especially the sour and spicy fern root powder. Skewers were also good, but not that impressed.As the restaurant was busy with take out orders, we waited 30-40 minutes for the skewers for dining in. Except for that, service there was pretty good.

This is the most original Sichuan flavor I tried in Canada. We had a lot in Toronto, and come here in Vancouver. The flavor is the same. We like spicy food, and the service is awesome as well.

The food is ok, dont get the boiled beef theres not much beef in there. The wonton chicken soup isnt really made with chicken broth its more like instant chicken powder soup. The meatball soup taste alright but of course its made with chicken powder and msg and not real broth, i still liked it.The boiled fish actually tasted quite decent, although i would prefer more szechuan peppercorn , but I did enjoy the fish quite abit.Other than these the menu selections are quite limited, they do offer skewers but I did not order any, however I see many skewer takeout orders.Overall a decent place.

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and many options on the menu are not available. My favourite dish is the potato, it is the crunchy style, not overcooked and just the way I like it. Other dishes are on the salty side, especially the noodle, we barely able to finish it cuz it's too salty. I also liked the dessert, the crispy rice cakes with brown sugar. Overall, a nice place to try but I probably won't come back.

Found a rubber band in the bottom of the soup base. Showed it to the waitress. The waitress took it to the back kitchen, and came out to tell us it’s some sort of “meat tendon”, in front of our faces. Not sure which one is more gross, rubber band in the soup, or not owning up their misconduct and lying to their customers face. Just disgrace, they should be ashamed of their behaviours.*if you do eat there and happen to find something that shouldn’t be there, be sure to keep it, take videos, or else they will take it away and destroy the evidence. We were too naive.

Came here for lunch for 4Dishes were small so great to order for sharing, price is more on the expensive side for a neighborhood eatery.There is a chalkboard out front in Chinese for daily special but we didn’t read it until after we finished lunch.Monday Special is Fried Pork StripsToday we orderedNoodle with Peas and Meat Sauce - more numbing than spicySpicy Fish - lots of fish with flat noodle under to soak up all the spiceMeat ball Soup with vermicelli- Non SpicyShredded Pancake - Non Spicy with slice hotdog and lettuce inside.. it was weird.. the pancake was tasty by itselfPotato Noodle with Fried Pork Intestines - spicy, and delicacy if you like the fried chewy intestines..Service was good as we were the only table, but the server is great at refilling water glass
