Friendly staff. It's great to get their opinion on the games I purchase. Last visit on Saturday, August 22, 2020 there was a promotion of buy 2 used games (with the yellow stickers) get 1 free.

This EB is by far the best location in the city. Great staff, good selection, and an overall great atmosphere. It's so much better coming here then going to the Downtown stores, though it looks like they are understaffed as they get swamped with customers at peak hours. Overall fantastic store.

This place is ridiculous, I should have searched the reviews in this location before buying figures. Today I went to buy two new figures and one of them was used, broken arm and even missing parts. How can games stop accept returns and not check anything? Anyhow if anyone wants to buy better new products and not waste their time, I suggest to go anywhere else except here.

Apparently you need a controller to trade in a console. If your controller broke you have to replace it somehow or they won't accept the console by its self.Also it would have been useful to know this info when I spoke with someone the day before.Keep your console and go to the source.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Sold a Used, Damaged/Missing Parts, Non-resellable item as new to a child!!!! Worst GS experience ever! Please check your items in the package before leaving this store!!! Purchased a Nerf Fortnite AR-L, as this was the only location with 1 unit available. This was a long awaited item for my son and he was excited to get it. All the excitement turned into a really bad experience when we opened the box to find torn packaging, missing parts and clearly well used item in the box. I have contacted the owner (contact # from website) and send an email to customer service, response awaited as GS policy is NOT to take back open items!!!!!!!! What a SCAM!
