This company is a joke.I had 2 trees fall on my house during the May storm. They were contacted by my insurance company. I will admit that once they were needed (once the tree removed from my master bedroom) they arrived quickly. But that is where it ends.They arrived ill equipped to do the job. In fact if it were not for them using my tarp nothing much would have been done at all. They did come back the next day to finish the job. First rain. Well it leaked right away. They came back again. next rain still leaking. All told they came 5 times. They told me they knew what it was still leaking but it was raining so they could not do anything that day. They never came back. Turns out they did not put the blue skin down properly.The kicker comes when i called them the last time two plus months later. It was supposed to be only a temporary fix they told me. Well the told me on the first visit it would be probably October before they could do a permanent repair. Should not the first repair have lasted until then.Finally I told then they could have the job to do the permanent repair I was told unless they did all the work (repair deck and retaining wall as well) they would not do any of the work and as far as they were concerned their involvement was done.So i still have a hole in my roof and it still leaks.Stay away from this company for your own good

ROBERT AND TODD have just finished our basement after a flood. I am extremely pleased with their quality of work, they would call before coming, were always punctual, cleaned up after the day. I would highly recommend Gus Restoration for any work you need done. ROBERT will not leave a job unless he is satisfied with his work, they are perfectionist. 10 star

We had a horrible experience with these people. PLEASE DON'T GO TO HIM (MIKE). It is a mistake you are making. Mike (The president of the company) came to our house and took pictures twice and promised us to send the photos on the same night or the following day. However, he never sent any pictures. After more than a week (after asking a couple of times), he sent a price quote without any details for $132,750 + HST + cost of engineering drawing + framing etc. When we asked for more information about the labour and material, and the answer was, he didn't have time to do it (his response was, find another contractor who is not busy will give you details). His price quote was based on his experience. Also
