Very good experience shopping in person as well as picking up an on line made order.Next I will be shopping with them for sewing machine as every time - and I did many times over and over in person as well as over the phone inquiry about the machines- I got a very promt answer and advice. I wish, I went with them earlier buying my last sewing machine.

Don't expect this store to be anywhere near comparable to the Newmarket store. It has a very small selection of fabric. I realize they haven't been open long, but I doubt there will be much more fabric as there isn't a lot of room to put it.

Went there yesterday with cash in hand to purchase a new Bernina and the woman working there just said you can try the machine out and left me there with no instructions or fabric….she just went and dealt with other customers….she was friendly, but obviously lacking knowledge on the machines…plus she was the only one working there and they had nothing in stock …I tried it out on the demo stitch piece and hated the large clunky feet and the clunky dual feed….I left and dropped $4000 on a Phaff at Nova Sewing Center….best money I ever spent…at Bernina I would of had to spend upwards of $7000 plus tax for the options I got on the Phaff quilt sensation 720…won’t go back there or to Bernina…

Why did they take my order and credit card info when they had no intention of being there at the appointed pick up time? So much for supporting local business. I should have ordered from Amazon. In fact, I think I will. I hope the Quilt store is decent enough to offer me a refund.edit: Marty called me back. It turns out that orders placed to the Burlington shop need to be picked up at the Newmarket store. Not exactly local. I hope they are more clear with future customers. That said, he was very apologetic and my order will be ready for pick up in Burlington on Tuesday. I'm somewhat satisfied, although if I had known the whole story at the beginning it would have saved me time and gas. Sigh

I just love the store and selections of materials. I have just purchased my second Baby Lock from Linda and just love it. Linda and Peggy are so friendly and helpful. I just love the lessons from Peggy. Very very helpful.
