I went shopping today in Southgate and my experience at Reitmans was amazing. Customer service was awesome! They were so friendly and so helpful, unlike the stores I went to (Zara, Dynamite, Aritzia - which all had extremely poor customer service).

I went here with my bestfriend before and we actually had a nice time shopping for beautiful clothes and enjoying our time there. The prices of their clothes were reasonable and the staff were very helpful and sweet in answering our inquiries. I like their place too it was clean and the clothes were properly organized.

Hi, just a note to point out that you guys read the date wrong on my online invoice ...when I came in to do my return today and was told I wasn't eligible for the holiday return policy. I was told the purchase day was in sept because the date read 9/11/2022. But I checked my email and I made the purchase on the 9th of November. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I recently shopped at Reitman's @Southgate mall and had a great experience. The store manager & Lipita went out of their way to help me find what i was looking for. Highly recommend shopping there.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and they’ve always been consistently great with customer service. They helped me get Ll the sizes I needed and even grabbed items from the back for me.
