We bought a beautiful completely custom dining room set and a kitchen set with Dinec which is part of BDM group. After 5 years the seating fabric has abnormal and unacceptable wear on the fabric after only five years. Having worked for one of the largest fabric weaving manufacturers in North America, I know that this type of fabric is put through rigorous testing and should last much longer than five years. For this reason, I thought that contacting them would solve the problem, but they refused my claim after several emails back and forth. For this reason, I have gave them a ranking of 1 since they do not warranty their products. The textile manufacturers offer a great warranty against pilling. I would not recommend purchasing from Dinec or other members of this group.

I bought a Shermag crib from babies r us. It was recalled and no one will reply to my email or phone calls. It's not safe to use and it's impossible to speak to customer service.

We were a dealer of MIDI and Bermex for several years. We had several issues with the quality and the sales were marginal. They dealt with these service issues OK. However since we no longer sell the products, they do not reply to Emails nor call me back. Just had to spend over $200 to fix what should be a warranty claim. I always take care of my customers.
