Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Had a Groupon that they offer. Have used it before a few times as well and you get the chips and a drink with the sub. The one lady who was working there said that I can get my drinks and had cup set up on the side, I grab the drinks and then the next lady who came who was extremely rude said that the Groupon only covers the subs and doesn’t give the drinks and the chips. The first lady had told me that it will come with both options, I told the second lady that I don’t need the drinks and I will leave them but because I had grabbed the cups already she said no you have to pay for the drinks. She ended up charging me $7 dollars for the drinks. Which is ridiculous, there were people behind me in the lineup so I didn’t wanna make a big scene but I have never had a situation like this where the customer service has been so bad. This could’ve been handled very differently. I think other restaurants would probably just say that it’s OK we understand that our staff made a mistake and you can have the drinks, but this lady without even me finishing my sentence already punched seven dollars into the credit card terminal and pushEd the machine towards me and had no interest in listening to what I have to say.Will never be going to this location again, cleanliness was also an issue at this location and overall just a terrible experience.

Very rude customer service. Asked for extra onions was scoffed at. Got home sandwich not even cut into two. No extra onions... or napkins. I get that you hate your job but call in sick or don't show up. Some of these places are getting away with murder it seems. Paying high price for food. It shuld be atleast served properly and accordingly

We went in today and the lady was on her airpods and absolutely horrible service and when we ordered our veggies she didn't even ask us and she just ignored us. Horrible service she later messed up our order putting in stuff we don't even eat and I was allergic to the peppers which was a big problem. I just want some improvement in the staff as they are not a great environment.

Food is good and staff is friendly… when they are open.Last two times I went there they were closed early… 15 mins before close the first time and 20 minutes before close tonight. Staff is inside cleaning up to go home, doors areLocked and sign is out.I drove all the way from other end of Richmond. I won’t be coming back.

Deal of the day is one of the best values in the fast food game, low-key. Sesame bread is always nice and toasty but not burnt. The peppers on the side is what I never knew I needed with my sub sandwich. Workers are pretty chill and have a generally positive mood despite working the fast food grind. Probably my favourite fast food subway chain.

Tried out the new seafood sandwich. Was okay, a bit salty but lobster and crab bits were quite big. Would give a better review but workers did not seem very nice, shouldn't you tell the customer what goes on the sandwich before putting the ingredients on? Or asking if they want anything on it? Also workers seemed too busy speaking amongst themselves in their own language, not really acknowledging the customers needs. Besides that overall sandwich was a good seafood sandwich and worth a try.

Love the food but had a very hard time ordering here. I had to repeat myself many times and it was almost made wrong, I caught it just in time to have my order corrected. I think it was the noise and distance between the ordering person (me) and the employee even though I was speaking very loud.

Very upset with the quantity of food. Ordered (4) regular 9” subs and got only 7 1/2”. Less sub equals less food. This cook did the same thing last time and than I asked her to cut a new piece.Yesterday I watched her do it again but this time I took the sub and measured with phone app 7 1/2”. Measured with a straw, see pic. Straw is 8 1/2” Went up to the cook and complained she denied it and used the straw with the wrap on the straw against the cutting board.
