Front desk is slow and flustered, takes longer to pick up my Mastercard that is already in a sealed envelope, than it does to calculate my entire return. More training needed

Not sure what sort of training the staff has here but they are very misinformed on common law status and seem flippant about people incurring fees from the federal government. I was told that I could guess my partners income & it would be fine. Talked to my CPA and was told to absolutely not guess. Also the fact that people cannot book appointments to sit down is quite odd to me.

Way too expensive for the extremely simple service they provide. $450 dollars to pull up my t4 on the cra website and punch some numbers in.

Carmella was very accomodating. She explained everything thoroughly to me. Most staff I've encountered in this office are very pleasant. I recommend that you visit and try their services!

Nice people. But I paid them 150 plus dollars and they never even sent in my forms, they don't send, anything in unless you buy their premium plan. Not satisfied with the quality of work

I filed my texes with Audrey and had a fantastic experience. She was so thorough and patient. She followed up with me regarding a missing RRSP slip and was able to answer any questions I had. I recommend Audrey as her professionalism and kind customer service went above and beyond.
