Restaurant Nouilles Impériales

It was good like 1 year ago, now it's just really cheap. Pineapple chicken and general tao are the exact same thing, everything you order is about the same thing and taste the same. It's really expensive for some hard to chew pork and chicken with sugar sauce. We were ordering there before, many times. The last 2 order we made were absolutely not worth it. Will never order there again unless they change back to what it was.

One star is even too much!!!I called to make an order, asked if she spoke English and put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never came back to me. I called again and the lady taking orders was very very rude and rushed me to place an order told me order would be ready in 15 minutes. I called back litetally 2 minutes later cause she brushed me off so fast after taking order to advise her to take precautions for allergies, and mentioned to her she rushed me when taking my order. I explained to her she did not give me time to tell her about the allergies as she was blaming me that I should have told her when I made order literally 2 minutes prior!! So she placed me on hold and came back to me and said the owner said food is already done and it's that or nothing!!! I was disgusted with her response and to say my food was ready in just 2 minutes is worrisome!! I will never ever order from this place again HORRIBLE customer service! IF YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC learn to speak both English and French and take allergies seriously!!! If you can't provide good customer service than you should not be working with the public!!! Just for future advice anyone wanting chinease: Phoenix Oriental is the place to order from, paid a little bit more but service was top notch and food was a hundred times better portions were big, respected the allergy request!

Called over an hour in advance to order food to be delivered in and around a specific time. Food came over 45 minutes late and when we called to complain, the owner told us straight out that she didn't care. We'll, wedwe care to ever order from there again. Absolutely horrific attitude. Orange chicken was only batter, there was no chicken inside. Terrible service and terrible food.

The food arrived in a timely manner, and the delivery person was courteous and professional. I appreciate their attention to detail in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.However, the main issue lies with the food itself. Despite my excitement and high expectations, the taste and quality of the dishes were sub-par. I found the flavors to be lacking depth and authenticity, leaving me disappointed. The textures were also inconsistent, with some dishes being overcooked while others were underwhelmingly bland. It's truly disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver on the culinary experience it promises.Considering my previous positive experiences with this restaurant, this recent encounter was particularly disappointing. I had hoped for a meal that would live up to the standards I had come to expect. Sadly, this was not the case.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided not to order from Restaurant Nouilles Impériales again. While the delivery service deserves recognition, the lackluster food quality overshadows any convenience the service may provide.I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their culinary offerings. With some refinement, they have the potential to regain their reputation and win back disappointed customers like myself.Overall, I cannot recommend Restaurant Nouilles Impériales based on my recent encounter.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. The lady on the phone clearly understood me in English but obviously only spoke in French so that was a great start. Then I placed my order for delivery and THANK GOD I ASKED MYSELF if they take debit but no they don’t only cash or credit which is beyond me it’s 2022. I called at 7:25. I was told if I want to pick it up I would need to arrive within 5 minutes. But if I’m placing my order for pick up, DOESNT THE KITCHEN NEED TO MAKE THE FOOD?! I was then given so much attitude and was told multiple times I need to arrive in five minutes. I’m sorry but if you’re saying my food is ready in less than 5 minutes after I ordered I don’t even want to know how bad it would be. Also online it says 8pm they close. All in all not impressed, employees are extremely rude and worst experience ever. I used to order from here all the time but it’s over.

I was disappointed! I ordered chicken and brocoli dish! The chicken was undercooked and the same for the rice .But on the upside my order was ready on time! Truly disappointed!

This place is underrated. Been going here for years and never been disappointed.

Ordered the general tao, rice and veggies at 545 pm (I usually try to order on the busy times to have “fresh” food)I’ve had better microwaved general Tao. The meat was hard and the sauce was bland. It was soggy and was obviously not made fresh.They even managed to ruin steamed rice. When I poured some on my plate it sounded like I was pouring mini m&ms, just click click click as they dropped to my plate. Flavourless and inedible.Threw it all out and made myself a peanut butter sandwich. Never ordering from them again. First and last time. I usually go a few times before leaving a review but this place will never see me again.(Ask for your REAL bill even if you pay cash)

The most disgusting Chinese food I ever eaten. Day after eating their food; still queasy!

Used to be good. Took out tonight and hated it. Rice was not even steamed rice. Beef with pepper sauce not spicy at all. Watery. Bland zero flavour. Spring rolls either. Wasted my money. I make better food at home. YuckNever going back.
