I love this theater. They have a video game arcade. You do need to buy a card to access the games, but you can reload it. They have these super big comfortable chairs in some of the theaters that are amazing. Hot popcorn. Fun family time.

The things I like about this theater are1) every seat is like a big comfy lazy boy recliner2) paying for the membership is totally worth it if you go 5 or more movies a year3) the staff and friendly and helpful. Last time I was there our seats wouldn't recline. Someone came and fixed the issue within a couple minutes.4) the theaters are all a good size but not huge. Every seat has a great view of the screen5) those drink dispensers are cool! Feels like an infinite number of drink selections using a touch screenNot many negatives to say about the theater. The popcorn is good, but I do prefer the Cineplex popcorn. Not a whole lot of food options either. But I keep going back because of the awesome recliner chairs!

The staff needs to keep the theatre seats more clean. Usually it tends to smell. During my last visit the reclining seat was broken and it didn't recline back or forward. On a positive note I love the full reclining seats and the sound system is good

Park the Stroller experience is such a joke.Landmark Cinemas promote this as an event for caregivers to bring their baby with the lights on, volume lowered and talking encouraged.My husband and I brought our little one for the first time yesterday to watch Dungeons and Dragons. When we walked in the theatre the lights were down, volume at full blast, basically nothing to indicate this was in fact the baby friendly experience that was advertised. We had to go out of the theatre to request these settings from the manager. There were other people in the theatre without babies so they had no idea they paid for a Park the Stroller movie, and once the volume was FINALLY lowered, and the lights turned on, they were understandably and visibly upset. Two ladies were swearing and actually left. We even requested to the manager a separate theatre with the baby friendly settings so as not to disappoint the other movie goers who were already in the theatre, but by then the movie had already started and we missed the first bit.We spent the rest of the movie with the sick feeling like WE were at fault for their movie experience.Guildford Landmark, if you are promoting Park the Stroller maybe some signage in the theatre or a disclaimer before people buy their tickets to that particular showing so they’re not surprised with the overall experience.Also, the kid at the front working literally had no idea what we were talking about when we first pointed out the issues with the theatre until we got the manager, so maybe educate your staff about different events happening that day.And lastly, if you are promising your patrons a Park the Stroller experience, WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO ASK FOR IT!!!New parents, caregivers, look elsewhere for your baby friendly movie. My partner took the day off work for this and it was definitely not worth it.

Quick service to get tickets and concessions. The reclining seats were clean and comfortable. Very good sound in the theatre. I will definitely go again.

Good seats, etc, recently seems to be shortstaffed though. Theatre was dirty and later on staff had to ask people to leave so they could clean (were behind schedule), also the washrooms and such were missing paper towel. Still positive experiences so 4* but its worth notingI do feel bad for the cleaners this time, seems like there were only 2 people cleaning.. finished just as the movie was set to start, they seemed so tired

I love the special seats in landmark theatre and self check in and ability to select the seat. I always buy the tickets at Costco which includes Pop and popcorn, big saving as kids like to munch popcorn.
