We celebrated our son’s birthday in November.This is the place to take your kids! They loved it! It’s a very nice set up with different themes. They especially loved being the firefighters and construction workers!However not everything was perfect. There was an area taped off where the fluorescent light bulb was broken on the floor. For some reason the employees were in no rush cleaning it up even though stuff like is hazardous and the kids are everywhere. When I saw it I thought they are going to clean it, but 30 minutes passed by and it was still there. Only when I told them - it was cleaned up almost immediately.Another annoying thing was that the smoke alarm outside our room was constantly beeping probably in need of the battery change, but when I brought it up to their attention they didn’t know what to do with it.Overall the experience was good, but the kids who work there weren’t competent enough to deal with issues.

We went there with my 1.5 year old toddler. We were there for the first time slot 10am - 12 pm. The first room you walk into is the change room where you take of your shoes. The room was not clean, which gave a bad start to the whole experience. The receptionist was eating breakfast and at the same time admitting customers. Why not eat before 10 am or at 10:30 am when most 10 am people would be in? The place is fairly big with variety of stations for little kids to play. With the smoky air quality it’s definitely an option but, there could be much more done to make the place welcoming. For example there could be little kid songs playing in the background rather than complete silence. The cash registers located in few spots do not work, they just collect dust. Overall I had mixed impressions of the place, but my toddler did not mind anything and had good time.

The place itself is good for kids, they had so much fun in there. Staff is polite and helpful. But I agree with a previous comments, playgraund is very dirty. My socks were black and sticky with lots of trash clued in it. Our birthday party was early Sunday morning and they could clean it before a new day started.But to be honest they don't care. This is why only one star

Went to check this place out for our child’s birthday. It might have been nice at some point in time but it’s now a little dated and run down. We saw several bugs, the place was a little dark, ceiling tiles were discolored and the party rooms were a small. Cute concept but could use a facelift. Did not end up booking.

Time slot is only 2 hours per person. So, don't be late. They will not give extra time.Kids had so much fun there. They did not stop one minute from beginning to end. This place is great for pretend play and explore imagination.

Very interesting play area for kids and great for teaching experiences too if you need a place outside of home. Less screen time, more learning and interactive fun!The design of the place is great and props work, your toddlers - kids (4yr olds) would have fun!The pricing could be better if both parents would want to be with their kids; other places offer discounts on second parents for instance.

Great play center for the kids! Love all the interactive areas and activities. The place is clean which is a plus, however I gave it 4 stars because the the party room/eating area for the kids was very small, most of the guests had to stand outside of the room to sing happy birthday. There are 3 small size rooms. I guess they can hold multiple parties, but they should have had 1 large room for a bigger group. Regardless, my son had a great time!

Great concept for toddler fun. My daughter loved playing dress up in the different rooms. I wish they had more slides and activities that could tire kids out, (ie climbing jungle gym), but it's still great. A little on the pricier side for toddlers in comparison to other play places. $14 versus the usual $7,8.

This is one of my grandson's favorite places. It's great that this place survived the pandemic. Lots of activities for kids, very clean. Also, a wide variety of professional areas". Children can try to be hairdressers

Nice play space. Has a race play space, grocery, house, fire station, beauty, theatre, vet, diner, construction, small kids play space, and LOTS of benches for adults.Carpet flooring great. Multiple bday rooms.Only bad side for parents is if you got lil kids the space is a U. You have to follow kids as one side is emergency exits, no idea if easily opening.-1 star because place only has one staff on a large party. We've gone to other imagination play spots before and they had multiple staff sorting the toys back, this place was a zoo.-1 star for not making sure gate at front is closed after people leave. My kid ran out to coat room... Staff tells me to close the gate...that's your job. Also they gave a tour while we attended a private party to another family... That was odd when we saw that.Kids loved it 100% in a yes space.
