If you expect service after the installation this is not the company. Never attended for maintenance service on time over the last few years, always new excuses that we have discovered are lies. The big problem is the guy heading service is one of the owners and cannot trust him. Finally got new service company who attended on time the next day and who found out the pump for in-floor heating was removed and never replaced from months ago. We were trying to get fall maintenance and complained the in floor heating was not working in the dinning room, no mention he forgot to replace pump and that would be our problem. Very disappointed for the cost of the geothermal system.
