I shipped a product to Thunderbay March 2nd.It arrived at Courtesy Freight on March 4th and to date, March 14th , it has not been delivered to the end user.

Very seldom I get my parcels on time. Now, I do everything possible not to use this shipping company. In the past, they were very good, now they don't seem to care. I have met a few very good employees though. There is a severe lack of communication within this company.

Streets are narrow getting to and from this business. The neighbourhood is not the best. The people at this business are very nice and helpful.

Disappointed. Charged money for a pre-paid delivery refused to give any kind of recite along with miss placing 2nd part of package.Then placed blame on their sister company Gardwine which was worse to deal with due to rude customer service..If you value your delivery and customers dont go cheap use FED-EX or PUROLATOR
