It was our dog's first attempt at diving and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I called twice and left a message, they never phoned back.

They were NOT open seem to always be closed

We decide to try this facility out as a new vendor and brought our dog with us to do “try it” session.Firstly, the organizer of the event was not present, not a single staff member came over to us to even say “hello” - very rude and not welcoming atmosphere to be honest. Secondly, we went to ask about the “try it” session and the lady told us to fill out paperwork and spat the price at us, without any explanation of how things work, when or how, or whether we’ve done this before - NOTHING! Just give me the money and bye.. this is not the type of treatment I would expect especially as someone who is there to provide a service. Safe to say, we will not be recommending this facility to anyone wanting to start dock diving and we will not be back.
