Yesterday I bought a glue gun and went today to return or exchange it (item sealed and has not been opened) but the store manager told me that there are new policies: No return or exchange. Very bad. Don't go to Dollarama until they change their policies and respect customers!

I went to dollarma on Pierrfonds on Saturay July 9 around 3:30pmto get some mint candy. I grabbed a few other things but couldnt find the mint. So I saw something working there packing the aisle and I asked her in English where can I find the mint candy? To which she replied in French je ne comprends pas" So i repeated in english a bit slowly this timeShe again said in French that she doesn't understand. When I asked if she doesnt speak English

The guy on duty is like an ice, worse than a machine, only can say no return no exchange,not even try to help. Waste money to hire him.

This is one of the biggest Dollarama stores existing and that is the reason why I have never been disappointed here so far. They have so many articles and they are actually in stock. I was able to find whatever I was looking for during my visits and I had plenty of options. Looking forward to come by again next time!
