Centerline RV

Not a great experience at this dealership. I was quoted a very high - above average - interest rate at the beginning of the deal, before my credit was checked. When asked if that was the best that they could give me the response was 'I could have given you a lower rate, but then I'm not making any money.' And that comment was made after we advised them that we were not going through with the deal as we did not feel comfortable with the information or the experience that we had there. I felt like we were being taken advantage of. Finance Manager Brad did not seem to care in the slightest. We also noticed that once we cancelled the deal, that they had upped the price of the RV by $2,000. Would not recommend using this RV dealership.

The service manager Henson was absolutely terrible to deal with. Confrontational and very very poor customer service. I brought in my trailer to get fixed and last year and when I went camping this year the problem wasn’t solved, and worse yet caused damage to my trailer. When told about it he didn’t want to do any work to fix what they should have had fixed last year. And for the extra damage we were basically told to get bent. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. The only saving grace of this place it the parts guy Harry who will always help you get what you need.

We had a great experience dealing with Centerline RV before, and during our purchase of our Fifth Wheel. It was worth the 11 hour drive! Brad was a great help afterwards with a part issue and quickly resolved the issue. Would recommend buying from them!

Well what can I say, I've been impressed from day one with this company. Zero pressure sale, found what we liked and the rest was easy. Upon collection, it was found our SUV required a brake controller, quickly installed, all done with no hassle or moaning straight away. Great price and great friendly company to deal with. thanks again guys!!

Great service, my only complaint is their bankers hours" definitely make things more difficult for the average working man.I'd like to suggest staying open later at least one night a week

I had an OLDER, hail shattered roof vent cover and thank you, thank you, you had the right one, and two of them to boot!Happy camper right here!

The folks at Centerline are always willing to help answering questions. Even if you didnt buy an RV from them, they are more than happy to provide service work. A great group of people. Highly recommend

Rebuilt my travel trailer almost from bare walls. Bought a lot of the things I needed here as well as had them redo my propane lines. All the part you will need with excellent service. I continue to return when I need something. Go there first for whatever you need.

We recently purchased a fifth wheel from this dealership and not only was the price competitive, the customer service was outstanding from the rest.
