Fantastic service !! Arrived around 1030am with a major coolant leak on the truck I drive. I was repaired and on the road within 2.5 hours. This factors in the fact that they needed to replace the water pump on my truck. I was treated well and was kept well informed throughout the repairs. Thanks Kenworth Sudbury!!

Technicians are friendly. Service time is not always quick. They always do there best and I got a sense that the work environment is a friendly one. Maybe just short of staff. Happy to have a Kenworth in Sudbury
