First we waited like 20-25 min outside. Afterwards, the person who was filing our tax was on call while putting information in the system. He totally messed up with our file. He did not claim any credits. When we asked him that we have credits. He said government will send that itself. He was in that hurry. He was just looking outside for more customers to come in. Very unprofessional service.

Went here for the first time and they made a mistake on my taxes. I reached out to Satish Accounting & they made very minimal effort to fix the issue. I have now spent the last 2 months trying to deal with the CRA to get it corrected, with no help from Satish Accounting.
