The woman will pretend there is a language barrier and claim a miscommunication after you've agreed and paid for a service they do not adequately complete.

A big tree branch fell on my house roof yesterday, so I called the company for urgent removal. A lady responded quickly and two nice gentlemen came in within few hours and safely removed the branch. I was very satisfied with their service!

On Friday May 21st I saw my next door neighbors had engaged Lucky Tree Services to work in their yard. The place we had used previously went out of business due to the pandemic so I was looking for a new tree service. I showed them what needed to be done and they said they would come on May 22nd after they finished my neighbors house. They were here very promptly and proceeded to cut all the branches and remove a dead tree from our house. Since both my wife and I are Disabled it would take me weeks to attempt to do any of what they did in just a few hour on our behalf. They worked very efficiently removing everything in our way. It was just a chance meeting even seeing them and they were terrific in everything they did at our house on Saturday. A lot of tree service companies are not interested in small jobs like this so we really appreciated the crew showing up and helping us out.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. I was quoted and agreed to the quote and then when they were mid job they changed the quote and i was left paying for something we did not agree upon.

Lucky Tree services was not qualified to safely take down the very large trees in my back neighbour's yard. They damaged my gardens by walking all over them and cracked the concrete siding on my shed by allowing a branch to swing into it. Also saw them almost damage the garage next door, when a rope that they were using snapped.

Don’t use this company. I used this company to cut down a very large dead tree in my back yard. While the two main men were very pleasant, polite and skilled the mama bear was not pleasant to deal with and totally misrepresented their ability to handle this job.I lost 5 weeks of my summer becaue that’s how long it took them to finish the job.They ruined and broke many of my other landscaping shrubs and my neighbours tree in their process because they were careless and unskilled.And although our agreement was for them to clean up their mess - THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP ANY OF THEIR MESS - and they left me with the mess of cleaning up all the small branches and saw dust and disposing of it my self. That is over 10 yard waste bags and 20 large plastic Garbage bags of sawdust.I would not use this company because she will complain to you the whole time that they are not making any money and try to guilt you into paying more.

We are very satisfied. I really want to recommend it. I'm writing this because I want to talk to others after seeing Aborist cut the wood perfectly
