To start I am 74 years old have been a customer for over 20 years.Went to your shop today to pick up 4 bottles of water. The clerk told me to take them out one at a time, when I told him I could lift them to carry them. The look on his face when I said that I could not carry them the look on his face I wanted to tell him to keep his water. This is not the way for clerks to treat any customer never mind a senior.
