The Loop Duty Free Winnipeg

For 3 years I have ordered Absolute Vodka two weeks prior to our departure and for 3 years now, they say they are out of stock yet online they say it is available! I sent an email asking why they never have it ready for pick up and stocked in their store and they have yet to respond to my email. I would suggest they get a bigger store and up their stock on the most wanted preferred brands. I know I was not the only person who was disappointed again this year. We heard several complaints while we waited for them to open up an hour later than advertised. Time to start thinking about customer satisfaction and providing what you say you have in stock. Hopefully they will pay attention to customer needs.

Small shops but very good overall selection for the space. Staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter what time I fly out to the United States they are open for business and make the early morning shopping a breeze.
