Skyway Park

We've been using Skyway Park for the last 3 years. They are great, fast and reliable. On my last trip, I had an issue with them driving my car for 22 kilometers after I parked it, but when I talked to the manager, he told me that their employees don't take the cars on unnecessary rides, and they only move them to their other parking lot to protect them. I recommend to use Skyway park for all your parking requirements..

Have been very pleased with the service and the staff. Have used three times in the last three months, and will continue to do so. Quick trip to the terminal with no stress, and prompt pickup when returning. Did the detail package with our minivan... I don't think it's been that clean since we've owned it. Was almost like new. Recommend.

Horrible experience. Cracked windsheild 87km range taken off my car they drove 21km on it the detail i paid $100 for looks like cooking grease and won't come off with degreaser and went to two different detailers to see what they could do and they can't even remove it. Manager told me he would call me back a week ago now I'm getting the run around. Do not use this place find somewhere else.

Have never traveled from Toronto airport before and didn't know what to expect with parking and finding my way around, so we decided to sign up to have my car detailed while I was gone for the week and WOW!!! I was so happy to have used Skyway Park. Drop off was easy, they quickly loaded our bags and brought us right to where we needed to be dropped off. Gave simple instructions with a number to call when we got our luggage when we came back (even with our 6am arrival they answered and arrived super quickly to get us. Loaded us up and our car was on (warming up since it was a chilly spring morning) and waiting for us once we pulled into their lot. The gentleman loaded our bags into our car and we jumped in and headed home. Car was SPOTLESS clean. looked brand new. Costed less to park and get the detailing then parking at the airport and Didn't have to wander around searching for my car. So happy with all of the staff at Safeway Park!!! thank you for such phenomenal service!!!!

Unfriendly service. The workers seemed like they did not want to deal with us, or wanted to do their job. Upon being picked up at the airport, ALL our bags were dropped from the airport buggy- he handled them with zero care. We were just happy to not be dealing with this company anymore! From the beginning to end, service was poor! Plus we were overcharged.Paid for valet when we wanted the basic price… horrible experience all around! Everyone was miserable! Will not be using them again!

Update: Went back a second time for valet with a detail package. This time we had damage done to my key fob. I was told the owner would call me the next day to discuss a solution and after 12 days I havent received a call. I understand its the holidays, so if they do reach out with a solution I'd be happy to give them a 5 star review again.* Photo contains a picture of my daily key fob (left) with the spare that they damaged (right)Original review: Had valet with detail package. Pickup and drop off were quick. Detail was well done and car was ready and waiting when we arrived off the transfer.

The check-in was fine. It went very smoothly. I contracted for the Valet service. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Upon my return, I did have to wait longer than I would have liked. I guess after 20+ hours of travelling any wait would be too long. I was surprised that my car was parked at another location, but I expect that is common practice with most airport parking. I expect that I will use Skyway Park next time I fly.

My wife and I use Skyway park and have for approximately 5 plus years now. We only use the valet park so our vehicle is clear of ice and snow in the winter when we return and is nice and cool in the summer when we get there. Nothing but great service our vehicle is always well taken care of. When you first pull up you're greeted with a friendly smile, they help with your bags for the shuttle, the transfer to the airport is seamless. The service of washing the car and detailing is excellent. Nothing worse than coming back from a two-week trip in your vehicle's all covered in dust and dirt, these gentleman take great care of it for you. Your return is very simple as you come through the baggage area once you've collected your bags you just make a phone call with the code on the top of your receipt and depending on which terminal you're coming from and whether it's International or not they tell you where to go and it's simple. 5 to 7 minutes later you're on your way back to your vehicle. I highly recommend Skyway park I guarantee you'll be happy with the service. Jim Chamberlain

Great place to park while you're away. Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and courteous. Price was reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised on picking our car up that they had it waiting at the office for us and it had been washed. We'll definitely be back.
