Excellent place to find those hard to find items plus those one time use"project items at a price you might expect to pay. I can spend hours staring at the shelves reminding myself of all those moments where I thought "If I just had one of those...... I could get that sorted out". Well worth setting aside a few extra minutes to browse!"

Customer service here is horrible my 17 year old son brought his little sister here to get her a birthday present and when she picked up the item she wanted the lady who works there grabbed it from her and said you pay before you touch. Does it make you happy to make a 5 year old child cry. Will not be back.

I stood waiting at the register for 10 minutes and nobody came to cash me out. No bell or anything to call someone up to the cash. Staff need to be more observant. Gave up and left my stuff there.

Great selection of items and prices were to be expected.However, customer service is severely lacking. I went in for a phone charger. I paid $9.00 for what I thought was my charger, only to discover that someone had put the wrong charger in the clearly marked packaging. I returned immediately (maybe five minutes had passed) to not return the charger, but to get the charger that I actually paid for.The cashier/clerk (no idea what you call them these days) had no idea what to do and had to go get her boss. Her boss that wasn't there, and therefore was left there alone and couldn't help me. She allegedly had no way of contacting anyone to help her either. She suggested I return later, but I was from out of town, and that wasn't an option.I simply wanted the product I paid for, and without the headache that came with it. I didn't want to do a return, I wanted what I paid for. It wasn't even an exchange, it was me asking for what I paid for.For your cashier/clerk to be rude and condescending was uncalled for. For her to tell me that I'm lucky was inappropriate. Allegedly she's new...maybe she missed the day on being nice to people.And yes, I was rude right back...sorry but not sorry. Next time I'll just let my phone die and wait till I'm home.

Love this toy store! They have stuff for kids (and adults) of all ages.
