I went there about a year ago after trying all the big box stores and the customer service agent went above and beyond to help me out and said if you have any plumbing issues I should go there before I go anywhere else. I went there last week with a broken part to ask what I needed and the guy said you need a plumber. I can’t answer that question, didn’t even come out to look at it as the store doesn’t allow anyone in during covid. Anyways, I went to Home Depot and they told me that I had a fill valve in my hand and I just need a fill valve to be replaced. I got a universal fill valve and replaced it.

My spouse was directed by the manager of this location (Kyle) that the fitting she purchased was the correct fitting after asking specifically if the fitting was correct as it did not look like the previous one we had purchased. After attempting to install said fitting she quickly realised that it was in fact not the proper size. After attempting to return said fitting she was told due to damage the would not take back the item. Do not under any circumstance purchase materials from this establishment.

Excellent service. Mike at the counter was very knowledgeable and professional. They had everything I needed and made some suggestions to simplify my pex installation. Keep in mind that Noble is a wholesale distributor that serves the trades. If you are a consumer, make sure you do your research before visiting there so you don't waste their valuable time. And if a trades person comes in, let them go ahead of you. Their time is money and that is Noble's bread and butter. Thanks for the great service!
