The worst service! My Deco device is red (disconnected) every single week. When I call them, the line is always interupted and I have a very hard time understanding them. Imagine paying $60/month just to have the worst wifi connection

The final straw was the internet being down overnight till the next afternoon, but here's a summary of our issues.. we haven't had the internet speed we paid for, for months (under 1 mb/s on some days), internet could be down for hours and the customer service was basic never truly helped with our issues (just reset the router"). Stay away from these company,so I got a call from them offering me a deal One month free for the month of MAY I got fell for it ,They asked for my credit card and I refused and they Said it just for procedures but I can be paying using my Debit Card or Cash at the Office so I Fell for it Again .After my one Month Free Trial ,despite the slow network I went to the on 6 June and Paid my $51 using my Debit Card ,on the 8 of June they deducted another $51 dollars in my credit Card ,called their customer Service for them to refund me my Money which they took in my Account unauthorized,And they gave me an option either I get a discount or use the money for the following month which I refused coz I desperately needed that money for my other bills ,an the Proudly said I will get my refund if only I cancelled my services which I sadly did.Went to their offices and they said my money will be refunded in full ,3 weeks later nothing,called them today and still we will refund you but nothing until now on the rate of 1 to 10 their customer Satisfaction is negative -100 ..

We changed everything you guys told us to change the modem, router, cables, we upgraded our plan and still have slow wifi. We are paying for 60 mbps and we still have between 10-20 mbps!!! We will cancel our service!

I strongly discourage anybody to do business with Bravo, let's say for instance they don't collect any payment for the past month, off course they will cut your service ,which I totally agree.What they going to do it's after they cut your service, but they will continue charging you every month as normal , like you have your service.January= $45/ monthJanuary service cut off for non payment.Febuary no service but will always continue to charge you off that same $45 monthly payment.

Bravo has been the worst company I've ever had to deal with. We have had many issues with them, and now they won't even let us cancel our subscription when requested. We have requested multiple times (4 to be exact), and they are legally required to cancel on the date requested, but keep inventing reasons why we cannot do so, or, will tell us it will be disconnected that day, but then isn't. We have always had to chase them down for anything, but never thought they would hold us hostage. I have recorded evidence of a Bravo representative purposefully giving us misinformation in order to delay the cancellation, and another saying the opposite, that it will be cancelled, no problem, but then didn't. We are currently paying for our new provider which we cannot use due to Bravo blocking the connection, which they are aware of.Do not sign up for this internet service provider.This is the second time we will have to escalate to the Comission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services due to shady business practices and inaction on their end. Buyer beware, know your rights because this is an extremely dishonest company that will try to take advantage of you.

In general I'm happy with the service. I switched from Bell to Bravo several years ago. Bravo's service, until now, had been as advertised and reliable.Until now that is. Today, no internet. No message from the company. Trying to get ahold of them to see exactly what is going on. Even with this one issue, they're, by far, better than Bell!

My parents are outside the country and changed their debit card number before leaving so the wifi was cut off. My parents were able to call Bravo despite everything and give their new debit card number. We were told the bill is paid and yet we still don't have any wifi and it's been like this for a few days. I'm personally a student and I really can't function without the internet. Whenever my brother calls, they do absolutely nothing to help us solve this problem. This is honestly unacceptable and I am not satisfied with this service as they are giving us no solutions whatsoever to help us.
