Kolani is the most biggest and wonderful showroom in The area dedicated and knowledgable sales staff are the best I have come across and have amazing products with all finish you would like to get.would work with Kolani on any home project I could as the results are fabulous. Great Store.

I have not ever been to this store so can't comment on anything they sell. What I can say is I would not buy anything from a store that doesn't pay attention to detail ! Your sign is upside down lol. That alone makes me weary of buying any products from you !

Great service, friendly and helpful.They stayed late on a Friday night, because they knew I was coming ! ..And for a part that He knew would be free under warranty !He couldve charged me for the part, as other retailers quoted as much as $150, but Kolani would not even consider it.That is service that you just can't put a price on, and will seldom find these days.All of my Kitchen/bath needs will go through Kolani Barrie from here on out. The purchase experience in store was absolutely fantastic. However, when needing a refund, it was not provided on site, no one followed up with me, I was charged a 25% restock fee, and 7 days later and 9 phone calls to HO, I finally was refunded my money (minus a crazy restock fee) if I had not called to follow up, I still wouldn't have received my refund. Based on me doing all the work, I would think some form of gratitude would be shown, such as waving even a portion of the restock fee.

We can't say enough nice things about Omar. He is knowledgeable, helpful, never pushy, always friendly and all around good person. We initially went to Kolani after finding it on Google but we spent our money there because of how well Omar treated us.

I dealt with Omar when purchasing shower and vanity taps. Even though the store was busy, he took his time with each customer to ensure our needs were met. He listened to what I was looking for, and showed me multiple options at different price points (even though I bought high-end products). Great sales staff and very knowledgeable. Ended up being hundreds of dollars cheaper than a local competitor. My husband had an question with installation, and a quick phone call to one of the staff solved our problem. Amazing service and I would highly recommend.
