This is one of the best suppliers in the GTA i use them for all my projects. Normally I call in my orders but it is better if you send an email with a detailed request and part numbers. The pricing is extremely competitive and the staff are helpful and informative on product knowledge. Strongly recommend going here and I will continue to shop here for all my projects.

Purchased Schluter shower kit - asked to be customized (change tray size) and they had all items in stock. Delivery was quick. Upon delivery i discovered it was missing few components but they quickly acknowledged and sent out the next day. Excellent service.

Amazing service! I would give them more stars than 5 because they deserve it. I live in ottawa area and placed an order, I received an email the same day and received an invoice . I paid the invoice and in two day my shipment was waiting at my front door for me. I am surprised how fast the delivery was. Will definitely be buying more from them in the future and they have everything you can imagine. Can’t find Schluter system anywhere but they have it all. Thank you so much!!!! Very happy with the purchase.

I ordered from them on amazon, their service is awful.they had a translation issue. The amazon translation was in square meter instead of square feet.When I noticed it they simply put the blame on amazon, and did not offer to pay for the return label.I had to contact amazon multiple time, and the seller ( Global Trade )so 2 weeks later, I gave up. to much wasted time on this.

I purchase two Schluter Ditra Performance Floor heating Kits. I realized that I purchase a cable that was too long. I thought I was going to be stuck with a product that was $250 and I could not use it. The people at Global Trade & Distribution were great to work with. They allowed me to buy the correct size cable and return the unused cabled. The customer service was polite, speedy, and efficient. Shout out to Dan for the friendly service. How refreshing! my husband and I decided to add a Schluter heated floor to our master bathroom. After some searching I found these guys. Prices and service were hard to beat. I'm in AB and ordered on the Friday and received the following Friday. Probably would have got here even sooner but I missed the Friday pickup, so it didn't get picked up until Monday. Parcel received in excellent condition! Give this company a try I don't think you'll be disappointed! Will definitely use them again!!
