I was connected with Lindsay through another organization in the Niagara Region. I worked with her to plan a women's conference for our Women Management Team in May 2022.This is something we have never done before and she was so wonderful the entire planning process. She was very responsive and listened to what we were looking for and then directed us in the right direction. We planned a 3 -hour session and she came up with an inter active and productive itinerary. When the session came, this is where Lindsay really shined and connected to our team. I just completed an eight week session with Lindsay and it was incredible. I looked forward to our weekly sessions and am just now processing that we are at the end (sad face emoji). And although it was over zoom in a group setting, I felt very connected. I emailed her after one particular session because my reaction to her prompting was that of instantaneously laughter which I hadn't done in ages. My company brought Lindsay Amico in as a guest speaker to our Professional Women's Executive Peer Advisory Group. She provided a most inspiring and informative presentation on Burnout. Her knowledge, excitement, and energy for helping individuals combat this topic were all amazing.
