The assortment of quality products here is fantastic. The prices were very competitive, but the service is beyond compare. Amanda took all the time needed to walk us through the options and offered some well informed advice that was a great help. But when we checked in for an issue we were having 7 months later the after sales service we received is what will keep us coming back. Our issues was resolved, beyond their suppliers warranty and immediately. I can’t recommend Bain Splash enough. Thank you Amanda!

It's our second major renovation and we're very impressed with this place! Ask for Amanda Reda. Very efficient, knows her products, fast replies by email. Calls manufacturers on the spot to get our wants accepted. We shopped at Plomberium St.Jerome - day and night. Did all selection, got quote, negotiated a price and placed the order - all in one day, compared to 4 visits to Plomberium. At this stage very impressed. Highly recommended.

Everything we bought at Bain splash was of great quality and price and I could not find the same thing anywhere else. We bought the shower doors, which are taller than standard and bought the bath. We bought both tiles, floor and bath, and we love them! The faucets and mirror are amazing! Thank you Lou for your personal customer service and Amanda for helping us find the exact grout we needed. Definitely going back for next Reno.

Knew her stuff, had great suggestions, and made what could have been a stressful experience a fun one. Plus they had some really nice items.
