I am very happy to identify GoWrench as a 5 star business. During the past four years, I have used the exclusively for tire changing and have always had exceptional service. From the initial phone reception to the completion of the job, the team has been friendly, professional, reliable, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Quick and easy professional service! Waking up to a flat tire was not my idea of a good time, but 1 simple call and GoWrench was able to quickly and easily repair it on site! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 1000% recommend and will definitely use them again.

I am from USA, was stranded and needed quick fix late afternoon. I panicked and contacted Gowrench to come next day. They helped me substantially by being on time and diagnosing the problem quickly. My expectations weren’t too high that they would/could fix my transmission fluid leak quickly and easily since they didn’t have the part (hose burst). So I had to pay to tow to another shop for repair (I am grateful to have found a shop that exceeded my expectations). I appreciated the discount he gave me but still had to pay $100 for their service plus $140 tow charge plus $ for fix. I found shop and towing company on my own. That would have been a GREAT service and well worth it if GoWrench could have done that for me instead of just diagnosing and leaving me there. If I would have been local (from Canada), I would have known of a local service and skipped the GoWrench service. Having said that, they met my low expectations and helped me diagnose problem so I could take elsewhere for additional cost (if that makes sense).

My experience with this auto shop was amazing. I had my rear tire punctured on the road and barely managed to park in front of a mall. I contacted GoWrench Auto Hamilton and they immediately responded me. Their customer service is awesome, I am satisfied with their service. They made sure that I had the same model tire so that there would not be any alignment issues while driving. They came to the location to change the tire, and the gentleman was nice and professional. Special thanks goes to Roshni and Justine to help me get the right tire and handle the overall situation very diligently. They will surely respond to you when you are in a difficult situation on road. I would definitely recommend this auto service company to anyone.

I would just like to say how amazing Masood and Troy were for me today. I called and Masood listened to my issue and hooked me up with same day service. He spoke to me like we were friends and made me feel instantly comfortable about calling a service i was iffy about. Thank you Massod!!! Troy came out to my house and was fantastic. He replaced my battery and there was an issue with the neg terminal. He didnt give up and kept at it until boom... fixed!!! Troy.. u are a Gem and I havent been able to stop talking about your great customer service. This world would be perfect if we had more people like you!!! My thanks to you and your team for getting my car back on the road!!!

I've used GoWrench several times to have my tires done, brakes serviced, oil changes done, and a full detailing. Their work is always excellent and not having to deal with dropping off and picking up my car is great. When my car was detailed in 2018 the service was amazing, it was like my car was brand new again. I still have no idea how they managed to get all the dog hair out.

From the moment the phone was answered Go Wrench made sure that my Jeep was taken care of ASAP. Danny arrived on time and was quick to diagnose and walk me through what was going on. He quickly went and got the parts needed and the work was done quickly without any mess left behind. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent value considering the cost of a tow + diagnostics at any shop.

A slow response to their website booking, text and email that I didn't get to use GoWrench's service but received a very quick response (same day booking and repair) from a competitor.

I’ve used GoWrench since the start of the pandemic and continue to use them for the convenience/distancing-friendly options. I’ve had Eve and her husband out to my house many times to work on my car and their service is top notch. When I did once encounter a non-urgent mistake with another technician, the office was quick to correct it free of charge- their customer service is good! I continue to go back to them because it’s so much better than taking my car in to a shop.

Absolutely fantastic experience! My car died suddenly, and wouldn't boost. I called in to GoWrench and over the phone they were able to tell it was a dead battery, and with that didn't require a diagnostic fee. Danny Garcia came out and swapped the battery, and took care of an electrical latching issue with my trunk. They were quick, efficient and professional. If my car dies again, I'll 100% be using their service. The fact they saved me getting my car toed elsewhere was a huge bonus to their service.
