MyHealth Centre - London Wharncliffe - Cardiology, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography & Bone Density

I went to MyHealth Centre-London Wharncliffe Rd for my first Mammogram last week. I will admit I was very scared. The staff were amazing from the registration clerk to the amazing technician. The technician was so friendly, patient & informative she truly put me at ease.

The atmosphere was very comfortable, wait times were a breeze, staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is pay for parking.. two machines were out of order, the third was VERY far from my car. I’m able bodied so wasn’t an issue but anyone with difficulty walking (especially since this is an X ray facility) would have had a really hard time. Other than the parking everything was beyond expectations and I would use this location again! Thank you!

This is my second time at this location and it was pleasant all around. My first visit was for my 1st mammogram and it was quick and painless. The technician was professional and we shared some laughs. My second visit was for bilateral knee X-rays and I was told I’d have a 30-40 minute wait (I walked in on a Saturday). I didn’t get a chance to start playing my game and I was called in to start picturing. Again this technician was professional, friendly and very easy going. I was out in less than 30 minutes from beginning to end. I’d recommend this location.

When I arrived at my appointment time, I was greeted in a friendly, helpful manner. I only waited 2 minutes and then was escorted to the bone density testing room. The technician was engaging and efficient and the room was spotless. I was in and out of the accessible building within 15 minutes with the knowledge that my family doctor would have the results in a week.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived early for my appointment and but I only had to wait a few minutes. The doctor was very patient and explain the procedure and through each step. The environment was very clean and professional, with a calm and friendly atmosphere.

I went twice in the last two weeks. I did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes. The people at the reception" are were very friendly and accommodating. The people in imaging were very kind and made me feel very comfortable."

I had an amazing experience at this location. It was my first time going there. I needed an X-ray on my shoulder and then return after making an appointment for an ultrasound at a later time. I came in as a walk-in (no appointment). I was treated quickly and with very friendly service. They also squeezed in my ultrasound so I could get it all done in one day. Definitely 10/10 experience! Everyone I came in contact with, from front desk, to X-ray tech to ultrasound tech, all gave me an amazing experience. Very friendly, quick and accommodating. I will definitely be using this health centre from now on! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Friendly, efficient check in. Appointment was on time. My Technician was absolutely lovely! Friendly and professional.I appreciate the excellent service you provide at this location.The only trouble I had was with the Parking machine to pay for parking it took quite a few times to read my credit card:(. Glad I arrived extra early.

My appointment was on schedule. Technician Andrea was courteous and helpful. Sam at the front desk was courteous and helpful too.The parking facility is limited and was difficult to find a free space. Though I did see yesterday some construction going on, perhaps to extend. Hopefully parking issue gets resolved.

My appointment was unexpectedly canceled half an hour before the scheduled time because the technician called in sick. I find it concerning that a laboratory would solely rely on one technician to perform an ECG scan, as this puts the health of many Canadians at risk. The phone call I received treated the cancellation as if it were a routine occurrence, and I was simply informed and apologized to. I had taken time off from work and waited for two weeks for this appointment, only to have it canceled due to a single technician's absence. I believe the manager owes me a clear explanation, and they should ensure there is always sufficient coverage in case of staff shortages.
