About a few months ago, I forgot my customer repair box, when I went there the next time they returned it back, no item was lost or missing. They provide excellent service. I highly recommend this store.

I've been a customer of Mary's for about 30 years. Since Apel was a little kid! LOL But I've always found them to be quite friendly, knowledgeable and their prices can't be beat. Plus their range of products available is by far the best I've seen.

Asked for replacement product as item was damaged by the jeweller. The said they would send new earrings, but they shipped back the same ones that were bent.
