Very slow receiver waited 2 hours to of load 4 skids. My appt was for 10:30am I got there at 10am receiver was mad for being early told me to come back at 10:30 didn't get a door till 11am was done by 12:30pm.

Very rude manager. Forkleft driver want to offload the load but manager said move your truck from door after he offload 2 skids and manager said come back tomorrow we will offload your load. Dont want to go there back

No one has any idea what's going on. Make sure to get your paper back after checking in or the forklift guy will get angry at you. Plenty of space for backing into the docks. Expect to wait 1+ hours.

Yesterday I had pick up 9 pallets pick up was 4 pm I left there 12.55am with 14 pallets 10 pm they told me load is not ready my question is what he'll is point of pick up times?Speed up service please that's all

Receiver black guy in office on east side is the most ignorant person i ever seen. He talks to u like u r no body. Very rude and disrespectful person. He tries to talk down to u by being loud and big mouth. If u ask for his name he says shipper. If i was his boss and i hear him talking to people like that, i would fire him on the spot.i wouldn't want other people to have bad experience and have bad reviews about my company.
