So glad this was the Doctor that walked into my room the morning after my first born child came almost 6 years ago. While I have been fortunate to not need her expertise beyond check-ups; I always feel my children are in great hands and that our healthcare will always align with our values.

A amazing doctor unfortunately she is too busy to see my kids when they are sick and I can only get in for the annual appointments with her and she’s supposedly my kids pediatrician. This is frustrating having a doctor but then left to go to walk in clinics because they never have any openings when I actually need to see a doctor with a sick child. Very disappointed

1 star I way too much to define how bad and rude the staff is, the worst clinic in the town, extremely ra* cist ho**rrible doctor and staff. don't go there with your child please you will be traumatized.

Dr. Chapados is a great doctor. Very friendly and very kind. She ensures you know the risks of any hormone replacement medications or any hormome blockers before perscribing them, but she does not gatekeep them. The only complaint I have is the waittimes, often being seen 20 minutes to an hour after my appointment time. However as that has been the case for every single doctor's office I've ever been to, I do not hold this against Dr. Chapados personally, and rather blame overbooking/understaffed.Overall a very nice, clean place with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

Long waiting usually and difficult to find parking near the university but she is a good pediatrician and my kids like her.
