I have been dealing with some illness and my house was a disaster. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. Miss B's cleaning team came and spent the entire day (and I do mean ENTIRE day) to deep clean my house! It was unreal. The cabinets, the walls, the windows, the bathroom; oh nelly! Not a crevice was missed or light fixture left uncleaned. I cried. My home was sparkling. I can't wait to have them come back every 2 weeks to help us maintain it. If you need a cleaner for any type of clean - look no further! This is the one.

Bianca and her team are amazing!! They go above and beyond everytime they come - always adding a special touch. They are thoughtful, thorough, trustworthy and extremely reliable. I can't possibly recommend them enough! You won't be disappointed

Bianca is overpriced and unreasonable. I needed a cleaner to work outside of the area we normally service and hired her to clean multiple units. Once I was able to source out alternatives I came to realize she was charging me DOUBLE what 3 other companies were quoting. Irregardless I still decide to use her on occasion. She was upset that I wasn’t using her exclusively (even though that was never discussed or promised) and decided she did not want to continue with a part time arrangement. She claimed to leave some of her products in one of our units (at her choosing) and when she came to retrieve them complained that some cleaning supplies were missing. I told her that she should not have left anything there as many people come and go and we would not be responsible for anything that was left without our knowledge. She then decided to threaten to take us to court over $50 worth of cleaning. Beware if you decide to work with her as she is not trustworthy and likes to make false claims.

Bianca and her team went above and beyond expectations. We used miss B’s for 2 houses that were deep cleaned, organized, and made into homes again.I would recommend her services to anyone who may feel overwhelmed by taking on the task of organizing and cleaning for loved ones who need help to have a more organized and functional household.
