I don't know where to start. I think you should head south of the border to see what real mexican is like. We ordered mozza sticks as an app which is not Mexican, quesadilla and a chimichanga. The waitress left. Had two people come out to ask what we ordered my chimichanga came out looked NOTHING like the picture , lettuce, tomatoes , onions don't belong cooked inside lettuce was gross, the plates were small in size after cutting it had food all over the table, we asked for silverware, the guy had no idea what we were talking about, we sat for about 10 mins, and my fiance's quesadilla finally came out which was burnt and lastly our app came out last. We also found it odd that the cooks? Were walking thru the restaurant with crates of food off the delivery truck and not thru a back entrance. Will not go back again

New hidden gem in Welland!! Wow! We ordered carne asada tacos & shrimp tacos. Probably the best tacos we have had. So fresh, loaded with toppings, great atmosphere. Bobby was a great server and offered suggestions for us on what to order. When he offered us dessert we initially said no because we were so full, until he mentioned churros and because of how good the tacos were, we had to try. Best churros we’ve ever had. Prices are so reasonable & just a fantastic experience. Will definitely become one of our regular restaurants.

First time eating (ordering) from here and I was so excited as I LOVE tacos and quesadillas etc. I had stated on the entire order “no tomatoes please and thank you”. Received my order and my Crunchwrap supreme was packed with them and flooding with onions. Don’t like picking out pieces of my food as I’m going. Completely missing the “crunch”, doesn’t seem like it had any tostada in it whatsoever. The ground beef was so greasy it was dripping through the tortilla halfway through and fell apart 2/3 of the way through. Definitely not worth $18.99 The pork quesadilla was good and my kids liked it. But not too impressed with the first time eating from there

Hmm where to start. “Authentic Mexican pickup and delivery” I mean the food is good but I definitely had better.I ordered their Birria Platter, Shrimp taco and Mexican street corn.The Birria taco and shrimp taco were delicious but everything else was ok. Keep in mind this order was takeout and I didn’t get a chance to eat it until 30 minutes later.I will be back. A great new addition to Welland’s exotic cuisine.——————————————————————————Came back 3 days after and I ordered Birria tacos and a taco salad. The Birria tacos were delicious, unfortunately it was not the same experience for the taco salad.First off how do you make a “taco salad” and forget to add the chips. Called them back to see how they would handle the situation. The associate apologized and agreed to replace the salad and delivered to my home as requested.To my surprise the associate mentioned to not touch the original salad and that they were going to take it back (I hope it was thrown out). An hour has passed since my initial order and have received my replacement. The salad was absolutely disgusting. Their ratio was all over the place. There was not enough beef especially what they charge for it. Also what kind of beef do you guys use? Ground beef as stated on their menu but it’s more like beef crumble.I recommend you check your competition like Taco Zone and Chile and Agave.

Came here with a friend not really knowing what to expect.I was thrown off by the name of the place. I thought I was coming to a bar that would maybe have a Corona to wash my tacos down with. It's not the nicest atmosphere, it's very much a takeout taco joint that has some tables and no liquor license.That.being said....the food was surprisingly good. We had chicken nachos to start. The chicken was probably the best tasting I've had in a long time. However, the nacho portion was tiny for the price and had 7-11 nachos cheese drizzled on top.I had the famous brillia tacos. Wish it would have had more sauce with it but they were good. The street corn was super tasty.Tried to order the churros but the worker broke the machine apparently?They have some work to do, but they haven't been open long. This place has potential. I'd love to see more bang for your buck and a beer menu.

Taco Factory Bar and Lounge
Had lunch at Taco Factory today! Was fortunate enough to have Sam, one of the owners join us for lunch. I asked for something authentic and got these 3 beef tacos which were delicious!The dipping sauce complimented the tacos very well! I asked for their hottest hot sauce and it had great flavour, but I like my sauces HOT and could of handled a bunch of degrees higher.Will definitely go back and want to try more off then menu!

The food here is incredible. The flavours are amazing. The value for what you pay is on point. We will be returning here. 10/10.Edit as of 1/28: Just to add, we continue to return! We haven't been disappointed. The rice bowls are my favourite, but the tacos are a close second!

Went for dinner. They had really good food it all tasted and looked amazing. They were friendly and had good service. It was clean and was very cute inside.

Taco Factory Bar and Lounge
This place is amazing! The walking taco was one of the best I've had.The rice bowl with steak was seasoned perfectly!The staff is SO friendly and helpful, the food is fresh!Couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon Taco Factory.
