Waitress Hannah was fantastic and outstanding! She was friendly, helpful and offered hospitality in the most professional manner possible, as did the other waiters/eases. That’s where the compliments end unfortunately. Food is overpriced, not a big deal if it hadn’t come out cold and horrid for all three of my families plates. Nothing was done well at all and all three of us lost appetite a little while after eating. Not impressed, would have been more satisfied with McDonald’s to be completely honest. Food was just ghastly, your moving lights when it was on it flashed in our eyes and was quite bothersome to eat, your waiters/waitresses, from what we’ve observed of the other tables seated, are the only good you have, besides all the parking options. You have other great reviews so maybe this was an off day for the place, but we won’t experience another day.Hannah and the other waiters/esses carried this review, I truly apologize, it was one of the worst lunch experiences food wise we’ve all had in a while, if not ever.

Friday, December. 8, 2022 was the visit date. I'm reviewing about. Me and my buddy got to Jack's around 6 pm. It was busy, but no long wait for a table. We were greeted and seat near the bar area tables. Our waitress, Alex P was a beautiful, friendly woman. Overall was great. There was a few times we waited longer than usual for her. My experience here has been mediocre. Hope others have a terrific time as well. If not better improved.

We came in on a Saturday evening and it was quite crowded. The waitresses were very polite and attentive and we didn’t feel neglected.The food came at a reasonable time and it was quite delicious. I had the Mexican bowl and it was truly filling with tons of fresh ingredients. It reminded me of summer!My boyfriend had the Thai bowl and he enjoyed it very much.The Asiago Bowtie Pasta is also highly recommended. That’s one of my top dishes at Jack Astor’s! Never let’s me down.Overall, wonderful experience and food. No complaints here!

We love this place, and have been to this location many times. I like all the cocktails. It has a good ambience. The staff is friendly and has great customer service. In their Menu, very less options for vegan/ vegetarian. We ordered some appetizers, everything was delicious. Great place to hang out with friends.

Overall food was good and drink wad so good,i dont eat large quantity of food, but i found myself consuming the whole meal,but the service was pretty slow.

Really enjoyed our dinner out for my son's 7th Birthday. The food is consistently delicious and we had good service. They are very kid friendly with good menu options, lids on cups, crayons, etc.The North location has quite a few retro arcade machines like Pac-Man in the bar which are fun to play while you wait for your dinner. Our server even came to find us when our food was ready. We've got Uber Eats from here a number of times and the food is always amazing and nicely packaged. Their patio is nice in the Summer as well; tons of flowers, nice patio tables and well decorated which really elevates the experience.

It was my first time at this location and I had a great time. Staff was really friendly and accommodating, they made sure that my baby sister had her own high chair and crayons to keep her busy :) food was also great and not too expensive. Our server was very caring and we had a great time!

We visited 8-11pm, spent around $600. Overall service was not bad. Please pay Scott F Name on the receipt- your employees well, seems like he lives on customers tips though for the courtesy we tipped him today and he called out saying we didn't tip him enough. Seems like this is going to affect your customer service. How do a customer like us feel like coming back if your employees are going to treat us like that?
