Took in two things that were stained by ink and paint. It would take a miracle to get them clean. They didn't get it all out but they tried their best and even took one back a second time. Still no luck, but they refused to charge me anything for their efforts.

I usually go to LJ dry cleaners but I found out they do 2 piece suits for cheaper so I tried busy bee out and they do it just as good for cheaper and faster.

This is possibly the worst dry cleaning business and offer the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life - after ruining a very expensive garment by washing and drying it (label states dry clean only") the lady told me that it was my problem because she could not read the labels since she could not read english. My clothes are ruined and they refuse to take responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

I have had few dry cleaning done after this place was taken over by new owner.Very friendly. On time service..prices are very reasonable..i found it less price as compared to other nearby cleaners.May be start some kind of loyalty program.

Just got my bill with mandatory charge called Servive charge 15% without any explanation , that is unfair for the customer if this is how you guys run the business!
