Kevin was quick to respond to my inquiry & offer his thoughts on what he believed the issue was with our chimney letting water into our basement. He quickly scheduled a time to stop by to provide an assessment & quote, explained his thought process to us & quickly scheduled a day to come back & do the work. He was quick, professional & reasonably priced. When a rain storm brought more rain into our basement Kevin was quick to respond to my follow-up questions & provided suggestions on what we can try next. He then asked us to let him know if his suggestions worked otherwise he would return to reassess. Very pleased with Kevin's work & follow-up customer service. In a world where people seem to care very little about customer service people like Kevin stand out. Keep up the great work Kevin!

Kevin & Neil were fantastic! They responded to a late afternoon call from me after we had a surprise visit from a squirrel in our chimney. I was so impressed that they found a way to make it to our home with such short notice and when their day was nearly done (before a holiday as well)!They were professional, kind, and genuine during the process. They removed the animal and all associated matter as well as advised on how to proceed further and replaced our chimney cap to be sure that doesn't happen again.Super impressive service! Will use again and refer 100%.

Don’t waste your time with this guy. Called and texted him multiple times to get a quote for a chimney sweep and repair and he doesn’t even provide the courtesy of a response.

Kevin was prompt, responsive and fixed our chimney exactly as promised. The brickwork needed to be re-pointed, re-tucked, the cap to be replaced - all completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend!

We were hearing noises coming down the chimney . Upon investigation it was determined we needed to replace the chimney crown and flue as mortar from the crown was falling down .Kevin and Neil came and installed the new crown and flue and answered any questions we had . The price and quality of work was great .They cleaned up and took all debris with them .
