210$ for a tire change over… Do yourself a favour a go to calgary … I usually pay 75$ but since I am handicap I couldn't go. Next year they will probably charge a kidney for 30 minutes of their time… The guy at the counter said 1 hour 1/2 for switching tires…Probably a 14 y old that is learning that has no experience…Outrageous!

Worst support at the auto department. Waited around 30 min while there were only 2 or 3 people in front of me. In between the guy just vanished and never showed up. Finally I had to stop a mechanic who was walking by, all this to ask if there's a spot available for tire fixing.Upon reading other reviews it's very obvious that, the auto department here has pathetic customer service. High time the management or corporate look into this.

Bought a humidifier, it leaked water all over our hardwood. Tried to return it, they would not take it back or give store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. order from Amazon, at least you can return defective products.

We blew not one but TWO tires about 15 mins outside of Canmore on our trailer - called it was 7pm and auto was closed but the manager found the two we needed and allowed us to buy anyways (normally if the Auto Centre is closed you cannot buy tires)So thankful he had them right and ready at customer service for us great service and so appreciated of the service saved us from having to wait until morning!

Very poor management, they doesn't care about your situation. Book anappintment, they cancel it .They even didn't consider. My friend recommended me, not to go since they forgot to close the engine, when they did oil change for him. Luckily, his life was saved. Someone saw him, mention to him his car was spill oil.I still go there, even they are a money eater . Don't take a day off from your work, to get done your car in this place. Buy buy for good this place should be your last option to go.

Can't trust Canadian Tire service centre if you are in trouble. I just had a flat tire and they say we cannot help you. I said I was travelling with my family and they just kept saying only by booking and the whole service centre was empty. So are they taking ghost appointments? Please see photo attached.

Horrible! This place takes advantage of customers. Paid $95 for bear spray completely gauging customers. There is a small sports equipment store called sports experts across the plaza sells it for $45. Takes advantage of tourists who need this product but don’t have the luxury of waiting until the next day until the other stores open. Don’t participate in this exploitative behaviour from a retailer who doesn’t need the money.

Has to be the prettiest Canadian Tire in existence today!!Service was avg but there’s not much to be said for department store service anyways.There’s ample parking & a decent selection of outdoor hiking/activities gear to choose from.

Thankfully on the Wednesday morning that I showed up with a screw deep in my tire Mark was the auto shop manager who helped me out!With a full day of appointments already rolling in he squeezed me in and had Craig patch me up right quick!I’m not from the area and was with a Turo rental so, I needed this assist and it was executed flawlessly. Thanks to the team a million times, quality guys doing quality work!
