During the height of the pandemic we started to explore the opportunity of purchasing a property on the Sunshine Coast. Not knowing any realtors in the area Bronson Moore was recommended to us. When I selected these super gentlemen to sell a rental property in Gibsons that I had purchased with John's help about ten years earlier, and purchase a new home on the coast, I really lucked out. Much of the time, I had to do my house shopping from another province, and John patiently showed me countless homes on Facetime and went the extra mile with each one to research beyond the cosmetics and aesthetics, such as danger of flooding, and what was going on in the neighbourhoods. During the spring of 2022 I decided to make the move from North Vancouver to the Sunshine Coast. As I was not too familiar with the area, I knew it would be advantageous for me to have a “good” realtor from there. Bronson was recommended to me by a retired realtor. It soon became apparent it was a good choice as he was very accommodating when I requested to see houses. He was also very helpful in that with him growing up on the coast he was very familiar with the area and would give us some insight into the different locations I was looking at. Overall, he made my house buying experience a lot less stressful then could have been.
