I stopped in this morning and the guys got me right in asked what I was looking for and expected suggested what we should do got me in not only for my car but my truck as well. Good attitude and great service boys.

I met cam along time ago at the westerner and was doing tunes . He told me let's go for a drive if you don't like it I won't charge you a dime. Just got my 4th vehicle tuned by cam . It's amazing what he can do to a vehicle with a tune . Smother , way more power . He told me it already in the motor just vague programming does not let you use it . Pretty cool stuff for sure . From a happy customer .

Well... I really didn't want to do this, but I had no choice but to give this awful business a one Star. I have been calling this shop for a little while now and requested some quotes from Cam. Basically, Cam NEVER returns my calls and NEVER calls me back when he says he would. I don't understand how a business can lack this much motivation to obtain a serious customer that is willing to spend at least $6,000 thousand dollars in parts, if not a little more!My experience with Cam has been very poor and I don't understand the positive reviews about him being so helpful and professional. When calling a performance shop and wanting to do a certain build, you naturally have a lot of questions. Cam seems to lose his focus when answering those questions and seems to lose his patience and rushes to get off the phone. What a joke this guy is. This particular shop apparently deals with a certain brand of imports and yet he can't tell me how much a certain and very common part costs?!?! Anyway, long story short is that I have been very patient with this shop and given Cam many long chances to get back to me with pricing and answers but he failed to do that many times.A customer should never have to chase down a business to conduct business! It should have been the other way around actually. Cam should have done everything possible to get me in and do some work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone that's looking to get some modifications done. Learn how to deal with customers buddy and learn how to attract people into your shop and actually call them back for once!

Called to see how much it would cost to flash the same efi live 50 hp tune into my truck to fix an issue I am having and got told I am wrong and that he would not do it cause I am incompetent and do not know what I am talking about, I require a service you provide and you don't want my business? Else where i will go. Would not recommend dealing with this business.

We took our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lightspeed Innovations for a delete/tune about a month ago. We immediately noticed improved throttle response, excellent drive-ability and increased power! You step on it, this vehicle MOVES!! This weekend we took it for the first highway trip to BC and the fuel economy blew us away! 6.7L/100 km overall, including running around town and a 130 kph stretch on the coquihalla! This makes for a stunning range of 1400 km on a single tank of fuel! Many thanks to Cam and his team for doing such an awesome job!

Recently received outstanding service from this fine shop! My h&s mini maxx crapped out on me and left me stranded due to a no start! Contacted cam and he set me up with on the spot diagnostics and tuning was back on the road within the hour!! If you haven't been to lightspeed vest check em out!!!!

I highly recommend this shop...They are perfectionist!!! Derek and Cam are very knowledgeable and helpful for my EVO X FE. They ran into problems and it wasn't the easiest tune but they kept at it and made me a very satisfied customer!!! I will be returning! See ya next year!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this shop, about 2 years ago we had some issues with our WK2 Grand cherokee Diesel. There was reduced power and many issues with the emissions system, I called Cam and asked him for help with a tune/delete for our jeep to get it running as soon as possible as this was our only daily. He had gone out of his way to come in on his days off and get our vehicle back on the road, with more power and better fuel economy to boot! We had run into a few issues after the tune was completed and after contacting Cam he was able to help us remotely diagnose the issues and promptly supplied us with a new ecm to install (the issues that had happened were of my wrong doing so nothing bad about this shop). We live in Calgary and it is well worth the drive out to go see Lightspeed if you want your Ecodiesel tuned/deleted! I am happy to say that since we have had our Ecodiesel tuned by Cam we haven't had any issues whatsoever! We will surely be bringing our other vehicles to him when we are needing performance modifications done! Thanks Cam!!

Cam did a stage 2 tune for my 2014 ecodiesel back in Sept 2021, and I am super happy with not only the service from this shop and Cam, but also the truck. Its like driving a brand new vehicle and its got lots of power now, no pedal lag, and to get 31-32MPG with a half ton pickup doing 120km/h average freeway speed, blows me away. If anyone is thinking of tuning a vehicle, give these folks a call, and you will not be disappointed.
