Purchased a really nice table and chairs from Georgia Furniture Mart and only to have the chairs all be damaged. The entire stock was shipped where the chairs were creased and it looks horrible. I'm almost tempted to return all of it...No one picks up the phones at Magnussen and you can't leave a message.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Bought through a dealer, arrived very damaged. Dealer has done nothing so I tried going directly to Magnussen. They don't answer their phone so I emailed - they referred me to the dealer and said that is the only way to correct issues. They did apologize for the inconvenience though - ugh!!! Stay clear of all of their products.

Loved everything so far from this brand. We tend to not shop at discount type places. One issue we had on delivery was rectified quite fast. I was shopping right now for more products from the same manufacturer, and lo and behold I found that it was made right here. Great discovery being Canadian and I just had to put my two cents in because I saw the reviews weren't very good and honestly the furniture has been amazing.

Bought a Nightstand in January arrived damaged, waited until mid March for a replacement also damaged. I am really disappointed and annoyed .The fight will continue with the Brick. Why is it so hard to deliver something in good condition?
